Baicheng TV Station was merged into a city-level unit by the former Baicheng Cable TV Preparatory Office and the former Baicheng (county-level) Cable TV Station on October 1, 1992, which was officially broadcast on October 1, 1996 and approved by the Provincial Radio and Television Department on January 18, 1996 and merged on September 18, 1996. Now we have 2 channels: Baicheng News Integrated Channel and Baicheng Public Channel.
