Benxi TV was founded in October 1983, now has three sets of self-run programs, one of which is open broadcast, signal coverage of Benxi City and eastern Liaoning City, the audience can be about 5 million people; another two programs for closed-circuit broadcast, signal coverage of Benxi City and various counties. The total number of self-run programs is 58 hours a day; besides three self-run programs, Benxi TV also broadcasts 30 TV programs from CCTV and some provinces.
