Heilongjiang TV Public Channel opened on July 1, 2002. Public channels are aimed at 66 cities and counties in the province, focusing on reflecting the economic development of urban and rural areas, popularizing rural science and technology, and enriching people's lives.

Heilongjiang Public Channel has launched several columns, such as "Business Hotline", "Medical Meet Every Day", "Happy Hero Turn", "Help", "Shuohe" and "Consumption 30". Heilongjiang Public Channel is based on the idea of "Public Channel, Let me Help", through the overall strategic layout of Longvision, especially the macro-design of the channel operation by the management, connecting the idea of running the channel with the practice of operation, so that the channel can enter the general pattern of connecting the central nervous system and the air.
