Huangshan TV Station is located in Tunxi, a famous national historical and cultural city with a long history, formerly known as Huizhou TV Station. It was officially launched on December 6, 1983 and October 1, 1984. It is the first regional TV station approved by the former State Radio and Television Department. On April 1, 1988, it was renamed as Huangshan TV Station.
