Fubon media technology was established in september 2004, and in january 2005, the momo shopping station was officially launched, broadcasting 24 - hour programs to 5 million viewers nationwide every day.

In May 2005, Momo Shopping Network went online and is currently the largest B to C (Business To Customer) shopping network in the whole station. In the same year, the momo catalogue was founded, which is the largest shopping catalogue in the whole taiwan. In 2009, it became the first virtual gateway provider in Taiwan to pass ISO 27001 information security certification in order to provide consumers with convenient and comfortable service.
