On May 1, 2015, Happy Channel 3 of Qian'an Television Station was broadcasted solemnly. "One Talk One", "Super Baby Go", "Long Jump", "Happy Start", "Big Platform", "Happy Fitness", "Big Winner of Supermarket", "Sister Ye Telling Stories" and other programs have been shining on the screen.

Qian'an TV Station was founded on February 19, 1985. It is the first county-level TV station in Hebei Province. It transmits 300 W power and uses DS-6 channel. There are 30 people in it. The program has seven sections including Qian'an News, Science and Technology Spark, Viewpoint, Today's Qian'an, Agricultural Radio, Sanitary World and Price Window. All-day broadcasting has been carried out, and live television broadcasting has been realized for major activities of the Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government.
