Qilu TV (also known as Shandong TV Qilu Channel) is a comprehensive TV channel which was launched on January 1, 1995. It covers 17 cities in Shandong Province and peripheral cities by satellite (Qilu Channel is not on the satellite, but has been tested by 134 Asia-Pacific Satellite 6), wireless and wired transmission modes. It broadcasts 24 hours a day. It has a huge audience of over 100 million people.

Qilu Channel broadcasting content includes news, entertainment, film and television drama three major sections, of which the news and entertainment sections are live broadcast, the audience can fully participate in the program, express their views. Over the years, Qilu Channel has been actively concerned about people's livelihood and society. Synchronized live broadcasting of various news events has become a distinct feature of Qilu Channel. High-quality programs and strong influence make Qilu Channel the preferred channel for TV viewers. In 2006, Qilu Channel ranked at the forefront of the national terrestrial channels in terms of average audience rating and market share. It is one of the "Four Little Dragons" of Chinese TV.
