Shaanxi Radio and Television Mobile TV Channel is the only provincial mobile TV channel approved by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio and Television in Shaanxi Province. It is the largest outdoor TV new media under the banner of Shaanxi Radio and Television Station and Shaanxi Radio and Television Group.

Shaanxi Radio and Television Mobile Television adopts the world's advanced digital television technology, and has constructed a single-frequency network with three transmitting base stations, one main station, two auxiliary stations, which effectively covers the vicinity of Xi'an. It provides news, information, sports, entertainment and other TV programs to the mobile population through TV reception equipment installed in public transport carriers and other outdoor places.
