Tianjin International Channel 📺️

Tianjin Radio and Television International Channel is a comprehensive TV channel tailored for overseas Chinese and foreign friends who are keen to learn about China's development. It was officially launched on December 28, 2008. On May 25, 2009, the channel was completely revamped and broadcast 24 hours a day.

The channel is divided into four sections, each section of 6 hours rolling broadcast. It relies on the high-quality program resources of Tianjin Television Station to deliver the latest news, economic, cultural, tourism, entertainment information and excellent TV drama programs to overseas audiences. In order to meet the audience's preferences and tastes, we should make a conceptual arrangement of the selected programs according to the six categories of life, current affairs, special topics, variety arts, interviews and TV dramas. Each category should be placed at the same time every day and broadcasted on file every week. The International Channel has gathered more than 30 high-quality homemade programs from Tianjin Television Station which reflect the local characteristics of Tianjin. Major self-made columns include the bilingual news program "Tianjin Daily News" in Japanese and English, the large-scale character scenario documentary "Poker China", and "Tian TV Theater", "Tian TV Variety Show" and the international environmental protection seasonal program "Green Hero". At present, the international channel is broadcasting through the Great Wall TV Platform in the United States. This way also opens up a new era of international television communication in our city.
