Xuchang TV was approved by the State Ministry of Radio, Film and Television in December 1987. It is one of the main news organizations in Xuchang City and an important mouthpiece of the CPC Xuchang Municipal Committee, Municipal Government and the people of the whole city. Now there are four channels: News integrated channel, public channel, agricultural science and education channel, graphic information channel. Short for XCTV in English.
