Heihe radio and TV set up a total of four TV channels integrated, public, information, variety, of which integrated channel and public channel to achieve high, standard and clear broadcast simultaneously and cover the entire area of the Heihe region, including the neighboring capital of the Russian city of Bougovushensk.
