LCTV-2. Liaocheng Television Public Service Channel, which was originally called Liaocheng Television Public Channel and predecessor of Liaocheng Radio and Television Station Literature and Art Channel, was launched in 1992.

In 2001, the literary and artistic channel was changed into the film and video channel of Liaocheng TV Station. In 2005, it was renamed the public channel of Liaocheng TV Station. On January 20, 2011, the public channel was upgraded to the public service channel of Liaocheng TV Station.
