Hulunbeier TV Station, founded on November 20, 1973, is one of the early TV stations in China's minority areas. In 2001, that original Hailar television station and Hulunbeier cable TV station merge into Hulunbeier television station and become the only regional television station in Hulunbeier City, which has live information channel, movie and TV entertainment channel and news comprehensive channel.
