Shandong TV Children's Channel began broadcasting on September 15, 2005. The channel belongs to Shandong Television Station, with Shandong Television Station Beijing Base, Beijing Lushi Pilot Cultural Media Co., Ltd. responsible for program production and advertising operations. The channel takes youth, fashion, happiness and health as its keynote, entertainment and leisure as its theme, and serving the vast number of children and adolescents in the province as its working goal.

As the only provincial children's channel in Shandong Province, adhering to the concept of "only innovation is forever", the channel strives to move forward, covering 70% of the 17 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province, and has achieved 24-hour broadcasting.
