Shenyang Public Channel 📺️

The former Shenyang TV Public Social Channel is now the public channel of Liaoning Radio and Television Station. Its predecessor is Shenyang Cable-2 (Sports Channel) of Shenyang Cable Television Station. It was founded on October 1, 1993 and is the second cable TV channel of Shenyang Television Station.

When the new Shenyang TV station was merged and established in 1998, Shenyang Cable-2 was changed into four sets of Shenyang TV station (sports music channel). The main columns are Sports News and Sports Wide Angle. On June 1, 2002, Shenyang TV (4 sports channels) changed to public channels. On January 1, 2004, the call of sports channel was resumed. On January 1, 2007, SYTV-4 (Sports Channel) of Shenyang TV Station was changed to Channel 4. On November 8, 2007, Shenyang TV (4 sports channels) changed to public and social channels. The main columns are "First Live", "Meeting the Parties", "Memorial of Martyrdom" and so on. After carrying out strategic cooperation with Liaoning Radio and Television Station in 2012, it was renamed Liaoning Radio and Television Public Channel.
